Dr. Wisarn Patchoo graduated from the department of electrical engineering, Kasetsart University, Thailand. He obtained his masters degree in electrical engineering from King Mongkuts Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Thailand. His thesis was entitled Throughput Analysis of Wireless LAN in Fast Frequency Nonselective Nakagami. Dr. Patchoo received his Ph.D degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Washington State University, USA. His dissertation was entitled Analysis and Application of Lattice Vector Quantization using Mixture Models and Bit-plane Coding (Advisor: Professor Thomas R. Fischer). Currently Dr. Patchoo is a Lecturer and Dean School of Engineering, Bangkok University. Prior joining Bangkok University, he worked as Integrated Product Engineer (Software and Service), Huawei Technologies (Thailand) and as a field engineer trainee, Asia Wireless Communication (AWC) Co.,Ltd
